We are focusing on various RNA therapeutics including mRNAs, siRNAs. Especially, we are trying to develop multifunctional RNA nanostructures for vaccine application of mRNA therapeutics.

Cancer Immunotherapy

mRNA therapeutics have great potential in the development of next generation cancer immunotherapeutic agents. To develop the RNA-based cancer immunotherapy, we are focusing on development of hybrid structure of mRNA that simultaneously mediate antigen expression and immunosuppressive protein suppression.
